Dogs

It has been a while since Lucky and Symon have been a part of my daily life. The desire to open my heart to another dog or dogs is growing daily. A joy that is hard to match is what I remember most and miss most about the dogs that I have had in my life.

Cats

The cats are adjusting to the cold weather. Even though they are strickly indoor cats with their own rooms, they still have to get used to the fact that the windows are not open during the day for them to get fresh air. Also the shorter days and daylight savings has put them into a different schedule for their meals. They are very regimented, and the slightest change in their routine seems to upset them a little.

Bald Eagles

I saw part of a program by "Nature" on American Bald Eagles. It was an excellent program, what I saw of it, and I look forward to seeing it in its entirety. The photography was excellent, and part of the program that I saw was filmed on the nest during the entire process of building, laying eggs, hatching, feeding, etc.

The Dawn of a New Day
